Q: What is the estimated delivery time for Australian orders? A: Orders within Australia are typically delivered within 2-4 working days for all metro postcodes. Regional delivery addresses may take up to 4-14 days for delivery. We may choose a courier service that ensures quicker delivery. 

All products are shipped from Sydney and Melbourne unless mentioned on the product page.

Q: Where are your warehouses located in Australia? A: Our furniture warehouse is based in Sydney, while our Massage Chairs product range stock is stored in a Melbourne warehouse. All other products are based in Sydney or Melbourne locations. Some products may ship from overseas locations, such as China or the USA, as indicated on the product page.

Q: What happens if you cannot fulfill my order in Australia? A: If we are unable to fulfill your order within Australia, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer you a full refund.
